Our Mission: Improving the lives of children and their families through investing in community health

Our Vision: Healthy Children are tomorrow’s leaders.

Our Work:

  • Aim to build the first free children’s hospital in Uganda (The Abato Children's Hospital)
  • Bring in international volunteers to work with locals to improve women and children’s health in our communities.
  • Fund-raise on behalf of the Abato children’s hospital.
  • Support single mothers in hardship putting more emphasis on health issues
  • Visiting, cancelling and supporting sick children in hospitals.
  • Empowering women and children living with HIV / AIDS and other serious diseases like cancer, heart conditions etc.
  • Fund-raise for sick children with severe health conditions whose parents cannot afford the very expensive medical services in the country.
  • Put in place ambulances to transport due pregnant mothers and ill children to hospitals and health centres but mainly to our own Abato Childrens Hospital.

We may not be in a position to provide everything, cure illness or disability, we are certain that your generosity will help to improve the lives of sick children and mothers in Uganda.

There are millions of suffering sick children and mothers in Uganda. Help us provide a future with love, identity and medical care.

All children are somebody's children, grand children and even great grand children therefore at Abato Charitable Foundation every life counts.
